At Arka Residency, we strive to provide our guests with a seamless and enjoyable booking experience. Please review our Return and Refund Policy for hotel room reservations:
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
- Flexible Bookings: Cancellations made 48 hours before the check-in date will be eligible for a full refund.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will incur a one-night stay charge, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
- No-Show Policy: If a guest fails to check in on the reservation date without prior notice, the booking amount will be non-refundable.
Modification Policy:
- Guests can modify their booking up to 48 hours before check-in, subject to availability.
- Date modifications may lead to a price difference depending on seasonal rates.
Early Check-Out & Refunds:
- If a guest decides to check out before the reserved check-out date, the refund for unused nights will be subject to management discretion.
Payment & Refund Processing:
- Refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Any service fees charged by payment gateways are non-refundable.
